Being that this is a cardboard cover, the corners have wear. There is a yellowish tint to the cover. I am not sure if this is from sun exposure. There is no smell to the book. There are no markings in the book. A few of the front pages have wear on the holes. (See pictures) Please review the pictures.   2. The binder appearance is in beautiful new said condition and was packaged in bubble wrap container with care for the fast delivery without excessive packaging weight.
