Very good service... The person helped me with a problem with a package we couldn't find. USPS said it had been delivered, but the delivery address didn't appear (on Trans-Express, a freight company, who receives my packages and then delivers them to the country where I live). The error was on the label, which was missing information (possibly damaged). Very grateful for the seller's attention and patience. Highly recommended!

FedEx delivered this to the wrong address that I can not find from the picture provided on their website while tracking. This seller refunded the purchase price even though FedEx shows it delivered. This is the second time FedEx has done this. I found the first item. I recommend the seller.
