I sent a message that the lampshade was not in a box but a plastic bag and the shade was caved in and showed marks when light turned on . This morning I had an update that said one was delivered at 3:45 pm on March 5th 2025 and it is only 10:17 am and nothing has been delivered. What’s going on? Thank you
I actually can't provide any feedback on the item itself since I never received it. I was, however, notified of it being damaged during shipping and was provided a full refund. The seller was apologetic and very kind. I would recommend purchasing from this seller again based solely on their attitude. :)
