My package arrived very well wrapped and fully protected by foam and padding. When I carefully opened the box my item was inside with additional instructions as to how to open the inner box carefully. Talk about excellent instructions! The ceramic figure inside was fully intact. I couldn't be happier. My collection is now complete. It took 20 years but it's done. Thank you to a thoughtful and and caring seller.
