It was exactly as they said it was fresh undamaged and got here remarkably quick. When I got home I thought it was something else sitting on my porch I never thought it was going to be that candy 14 hours only. The communication was wonderful I made a mistake and the address they fixed it at 1:30 in the morning and they contacted me right back and straighten it out. Scale seems to be of good quality, surprised at how fast it shipped, and I like the way it looks. It arrived in great condition, and I feel it is a good value for the money. I would buy again. Highly recommend. Sorry I don't do photos, but it is exactly as pictured in the ad.
