In the end it was positive but, since there was no tracking number and no identification as to where this package came from (I had ordered from multiple sources) it took three days to match the delivery with this order, even though it still does not show "delivered." After 3 messages, I'm glad to have a solution to this riddle, and glad to have the product.
It came in very nice condition, and came super quickly. Like 1.5 days quick. The seller is very friendly and very much willing to help you if you have an issue with your order. I sincerely recommend ordering from them. The item was of good quality too.
My package was sent to the incorrect address, according to Fed Ex. However, I received a prompt refund and the seller was very good with communication. So for that, it balanced out the experience.
