The strangest transaction I have ever had on EBAY. Had a delivered notification a few days after a no one at home email. Nothing delivered. Queried with Seller , who said it was delivered and I had previously refused to accept the item. All complete nonsense. Checked on tracking and found my Parcel had been delivered to a block of flats in South Road Harlow in Essex , 130 miles from where in live in Gloucester. Seller refunded me , very weird
Item lost in delivery, tracking provided so legitimate loss, full refund in very quick time, good communucation through whole process, A+
Although I didn’t receive the correct item. Seller did offer a partial refund and we came to a settlement. Seller was very responsive.
