Fragile items [glass Christmas ornaments] as described/photographed but one arrived broken due to inferior packing. I reached out to seller to arrange a discount for the broken item. Seller never responded directly but did provide a small refund. Shipping fees were reasonable, the broken item was made right, communication could have been better.
Everything is wonderful! Bunny arrived on time as stated. Box was a little banged up but didn't hurt the contents. I am so glad that this seller sold the bunny separately from the small chicken. It made it affordable for me. The pictures were spot on and I'm super happy with the bunny
I never received this item as it got lost within the postal delivery system but the seller was easy to communicate with and easy getting money back! I would highly reccomend this seller and would buy from her again
