Wow the packaging was FANTASTIC - a really professional job. So, of course the ornament arrived in perfect shape, despite not being in the original box. NO PROBLEM, all of Hallmark and Disney could not have packed this ornament up any better. I was contacted to be sure that the used dish imperfections as described were okay with me, which they were. In fact, they were harder to see than expected. The packaging was very sturdy. No damage to report. I received the box within a few days. I didn't mind paying the shipping as the plates were still the best deal. I came out ahead.
