Exactly as described, brand new. Definitely a great value when "school supply shopping" is out of season and if you need just one specific color. Shipping was quick but packaging was the cheap cardboard box the folders originally came in...not a great choice by seller (box was ripped/torn in more than one place, I'm very surprised it made it here). Seller did answer my question prior to purchase with no hesitation. Other than packaging, I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you.
