  1. Delay with delivery. I had to reach out and inquire about reason for delay as there was no communication. Seller immediately responded and offered refund if I wanted. Explained reason for delay. It sounded familiar and realized I had the same experience with this seller in the past. Delayed shipping, no communication and saying life stuff kept her busy. Probably wouldn’t buy from this seller unless I really wanted the item. Seller was receptive to my feedback about improving communication.
