very impressed with the seller -- not only item was pristine/new, but the packaging of the item was exceptional. A magazine moving through the US Postal Service can easily arrived damaged but this was not the case. PERFECT. I appreciate the seller's willingness to correspond and do some extra leg work for me (paper research) and I believe not all sellers would have done so. The magazine arrived today and again. The magazine, although printed a few years ago, arrived in perfect shape. It was wrapped securely. It was somewhat informative for persons suffering from chronic pain and worth keeping around for reference. It arrived in a timely manner. Although I had been offered a discount and accepted it, the seller turned it down. It wasn't a big issue.
Upauctions was responsive when I notified them upon arrival that the book smelled musty. They immediately issued a refund. They were a good company to deal with.
