I was extremely impressed with the fast shipping, however the manner they were shipped was a surprise. My paid item was shipped in the plastic bag it obviously was advertised in. I assumed my pillows would be contained in a protected and secure shipping package. It was not. Instead a sticker was on my paid item as it was and delivered on my porch. Not ideal shipping, but fast and early. Condition was not compromised. I am glad it arrived intact and unblemished.
There was a problem with shipping and the Seller informed me of this problem. It was extremely thoughtful and kind of them to issue a refund immediately. This is a very honest Seller and I would not hesitate to order from them again.
