The eight sheet brochure was just as describe with a caveat...the seller put it in a relatively semi-stiff cardboard (not corrugated cardboard) envelope with NO warnings about "DO NOT FOLD" so that is exactly what USPS did to fit it into my mailbox!!! I believe this problem falls directly on the seller's lack of concern...an inserted piece of stiff corrugated cardboard would have prevented any bending damage. I love the brochure, but will not be buying from this seller in the future.

  2. Exactly as described. Great Seller! Went above and beyond to help with shipping issues. Stayed in touch when I had concerns about shipping issues. Note. the item ordered took 16 days to arrive. (Again, not the sellers fault at all) Very satisfied, even after these issues. Anyone purchasing from this seller, have no fear. Just be patient and they will work to get the issue resolved.
