I was happy to get my order. It shipped quickly and arrived before the expected arrival date. The bears were exactly as described. They could have been packed better. Both bears were stuffed into a plastic shipping bag (that was only large enough for one) instead of in a box. It took a while to fluff them up. For that reason, I'm glad the shipping was free.
