Feedback from genuine buyer. After 3 months, the guitar has still not arrived. Only a tracking number for China post provided claiming that the parcel had been delivered. Asked the seller for the forwarding UK courier and tracking number twice to trace my guitar in the UK, but still not provided. Really disappointed and embarrassed with the 'told you so" comments from friends. Requested a full refund through eBay.
Super Fast Delivery ( approx' 2 weeks ) but totally wrong guitar sent!!! Lovely guitar though. Asked to keep with a £35 refund as returning is expensive. Refund received with no problems. I was promised the exact guitar from pictures but that is not what I got at all. Wrong colour, wrong headstock. Wrong guitar. 😿 😿 😿 Oh well, another guitar for the collection!! 🎸 😊
