Seller initially provided an erroneous tracking number. They finally provided the correct tracking number but sent the wrong item. They refunded my money and told me to keep the wrong item but I have no use for it/is a cheap Godox softbox which is missing components. Worst Ebay experience ever. Will not purchase from this seller again
Item was just as pictured and described. However I would have not ordered it if I knew the items shipping was with Amazon. Amazon never ships to my location due to it being new construction so I had to go to another neighborhood to find the item.
Product was new condition, however it was not as pictured on the sellers page. I chose not to keep it as the item was priced too high for the actual product shipped. The seller was very gracious and refunded my money. Great service.
