The item is just as described and works well. I messaged the seller ahead of time and got fast response. I asked the seller to package the item in a box for better protection, and they said to leave a note while purchasing. I did, but it arrived in plastic wrap. My dog chewed it, and this time it only survived because this specific item was made of metal.
