First divot tool that arrived was broken. Most likely from carrier. I contacted seller about replacement tool and without hesitation they sent one and made sure to package it so as to not get damaged. It’s a great divot tool at a great price. It looks well made. I am happy with my purchase but even more with this seller. Will definitely be getting more for my buddies soon.
The item was shipped promptly and arrived on time. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The product is exactly as described in the listing and works well for sensitive teeth. Considering the quality, and pack x3, the price offers good value.
I did not receive my item however the seller was quick to respond and has issued me a full refund. Very professional and easy to work with. It was not a fault of theirs that my item was lost.
