  1. This fabric arrived on time and as described. I wish these Sellers would wrap their fabric in air bubble wrap, before placing it in a grey plastic mailer. It makes damage, to their items, a lot less of a worry. If the fabric is damaged, they have to give a refund or send out another portion of the fabric. This means - No profit! Please, Sellers, use air bubble wrap, even when using an air bubble lined mailer. You stand too much of a chance of having to refund or resend.

  2. Item was advertised as new and unopened but the item I received had been previously opened. Also, it was missing the small bag that contains the mounting bracket, screws, and anchors. I immediately reached out to the seller. Seller let me know she would send me the missing parts. I received the missing parts within a couple of days. Everything is now to my satisfaction. I appreciate the fast shipping and fast resolution.

  3. Good communication. There was a problem with shipping probably because of the extra holiday volume of shipping. So fabric arrived too late for the Christmas gift I was making but they made it right. Will shop with them again
