Packaging was a little lacking, but the way FedEx handled the package is not on the seller. I have video of the box being bowled to my door from 30 feet away. I swapped the battery ad it is ticking. I suggest the seller not use FedEx as they are the worst shipping company. The item was as described, and for the quality of the buold of the item it was a great value. A+
