  1. Pleased with bag. VERY disappointed with courier tracking service. ordered 3.2.26 arrived 11.2.26. No problem with the time it took, that’s fine as I don’t need this bag immediately. See photo of the delivery tracking to illustrate how poor the delivery tracking service was / how peculiar the order of dates are. It also states it was put through the letter box when I answered the door to & took it from the courier myself. This is why I gave neutral feedback & 2stars for dispatch time

  2. The seller did send on time and was delivered on the day it was due. There is a downside and I would say it looks like cheap plastic and the box was damaged but for the price I paid was not worth returning. The condition off the box means I can not put it out for Christmas. I would not give a bad review unless I thought that it was needed and to be honest I wouldn't like someone to be left out of pocket. The only good thing I have to say is was sent on time

  3. Good comms a swift dispach by the seller, nice quality item. The courier, YODEL, recieved the item over a week ago and sent an email saying they had it but it did not arrive until over a week later and was left at the gate and not delivered to the house.
