  1. The charger case was shipped the next day and arrived quickly. The item appears to be brand new as stated in the description. The only thing I noticed, is the packaging (box) was a little beat up, but still clearly new. Could have happened in transit, but doubt it. But as mentioned inside the items were new and undamaged. I do have to return it, but that is because it does not accommodate my hearing aids. I did research before ordering, but unfortunately the sources I used were incorrect!

The seller accidentally sent me the same model of the item I purchased but in much different (worse) condition - from listing photos, the UPC codes on the box were completely different so the wrong one was sent to me. BUT it was an honest mistake, it happens sometimes - and this seller was honest and offered a full refund for the trouble. I would buy from them again because they took care of me as a customer, and these things happen because we are human. Thank you :)
