The store-people were very responsive and helpful, resolving the issue that cropped up quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the sellers as they are genuine people who are doing brilliantly. The item came well packaged, the item being double boxed,it just had an unfortunate defect that wouldn't have been difficult to miss by a cursory inspection. But other than that, the pricing and value would have been spot on and the item was as described. The postage costs were also fair.
The items were well packaged and in great condition when they arrived . They are a good quality Halloween decorations and will look great with our other Disney decorations. Brilliant value for money too . The sellers was great a posting the items quickly and even contacted me when there was a slight delay in the items being delivered ( only by an hour or so ).
