I just received my used Snap On CTB8185 battery today Tue Jan21/2025. Actually in the order stated that I should receive it by Sat Jan18 ,but I contact eBay customer service to let them know that I need it by Tue Jan21 , because I can not wait it after Jan 21 .So the eBay customer service make expedite delivery for me to make sure I will receive by today ,and I got it.I am very happy with the excellent support from eBay .Thank you.When open package ,the battery is excellent.Thank you seller.

Item sold required assembly. Buyer discovered one of the components of the assembly was missing. Notified seller and requested a return/refund. Seller quickly agreed and item was back at the USPS within a couple of hours of receiving it. Buyer is pleased the seller agreed so quickly to the request.
