So this was "open box" and the photos were to what I expected. It was extremely well packaged, it shipped extremely fast. It works just like a new cook-top, plus this seller accepted my offer. Cover was as advertised and seller shipped promptly and it arrived on time. Packaging was well done and cover was in sealed bag. It had small area where seam was not sewn but that has nothing to do with seller so could not rate lower. We sewed it up and it is doing great.
