I got what I needed quickly & I’m happy with the transaction but the listing had a different part number under the “about this item” section than the title does. The seller has an item for sale under that different part number that appears exactly the same. (N737410 vs N865076). I couldn’t tell the difference based on the listings so I contacted seller to clarify. Never got a response so took a chance & ordered. I think I got what I needed but I’m frustrated with the lack of communication.
Item exactly as described, arrived timely, and works perfectly. I very much appreciate this seller for having this item for sale, as these parts are no longer available through Sears. My only slight disappointment is that the items were not protected for shipping and arrived in a shrink-wrapped bundle with no protective packing materials or box. Nothing appears to be broken, but given how carelessly shipping companies handle packages, they were likely banged around quite a bit.
