The seller had great customer service and the item arrived as pictured and described. The packaging was very secure and the appliances didn't have any shipping damage. The only thing I will mention is to not go through the freight shipping company RoadRunner - I had a rocky experience with their customer service people. That didn't have anything to do with the seller since it's a third party service but just wanted to give a heads up on that part if you can avoid them.
