  1. The product was delivered in the condition as promised. The packaging looked slightly worn but not more than expected for an item no longer in production and likely many years old. The price seemed reasonable for a discontinued item. There was a slight (2 days) delay in delivery but not an obstacle for us since the a/c unit was our upstairs unit. When it arrived I loaded the batteries and it fit perfectly into the existing base and started the a/c immediately. Overall we are pleased.
