  1. The seller was very courteous and explained to me that this wasn t the first time that an item he shipped didn’t get delivered. He sent me a refund and told me to keep the item if they did get delivered. The item did get delivered a few days after my refund arrived. I contacted the seller to reimburse him but he told me no. This ordeal was not the sellers fault. The item was delayed in transit. He did everything right! I didn t ask for the refund....he just sent it. This is an honest seller!!

  2. The shipping was so fast that I hadn't used up the one vacuum bag that came with my new vacuum and I live with multiple pets! The packaging was economical and efficient and will go into the recycle. The bags aren't available locally so I was pleased to find them on line as described. Where other sources offered similar items they weren't exactly as my Sebo required and were not as good a value.
