So yeah, he answered me, and he's offering me the right wipers, i'm a satisfied customer. Even though I already bought the right ones, but he will send me the right ones.   3. Quality - good, Value - good, Condition - good, although good old USPS did a number on the packaging, but the product was not damaged. They also mis-routed the package and it sat in a "nearby" distribution facility for 4 extra days!! Originally scheduled for delivery by the 11th and was finally delivered today, the 15th!
