Unfortunately this alternator had to be returned as the item received didn't match the existing item, even though the part numbers were the same (sellers listing versus the number on the existing unit). This seller has been exemplary in issuing the refund & I can't fault them with that process; no quibble, great communication & quick refund transaction. It's just one of those occasions where things haven't worked out but the seller seems fantastic in their attitude when difficulties occur.

When item arrived it was just as advertised and are now on my cars wheels well packed , through no fault of seller it went to wrong address and i thought it was lost but the person who got the item was good enough to deliver it to my house To be honest for 99 pence with free postage I dont know how seller makes a profit will use them again when needing someting else for my cars
