This time it was a good experience, I had questions which they got right back with answers. The quality of the produces was tops BUT I know brands and warn seller about counterfeits when ordering. This seller had the best value, product arrived in good condition with appearance like new, not old stock all beat-up. What buyers need to start doing is talking to the seller and making sure on it being original, new stock, good shape and has been checked. Be a hard buyer demand the best service.
Im going to give positive feedback to not harm their rating. I have bought a few parts from this seller with no problems. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.
Excellent price. The Seller did reach out to reply to a minor question about the item and actually undated the EBAY listing to address the concern--good customer service. Packaging was a little unexpected, but considering the fact that the price was the best and shipping was free...no issues at all and still five stars. Would order from them again in the future, and anyone else ordering from them should feel confident. Great experience.
