just as described, packaging could have better, (not in a box) filters a bit banged up,scratched, dented, and individual boxes each filter were in pretty much wrecked.filters however should still work as there was no damage noticed on o-rings or holes in filter bodies. guess we'll see
I was initially upset because the Brain Oil arrived without a label, but I was grateful that they answered my questions well and sent me the genuine product at a good price! I hope they send me the exact same product next time I order! Anyway, thank you.
