These are the version after the QC45's and are a notch below the QuietComfort Ultra version. Overall, these headphones are in pretty good shape. If I call them above-average, you won't be disappointed. The pads and the headband are all clean (see pictures). The box is a little battered (torn cardboard), but the headphones are nice.
