The item was exactly as described which is wonderful because we were trying to match one that we already have. The seller even carefully described a couple of minor flaws with the item and that was very considerate. The item was also very carefully packed and that insured that it arrived without damage. Shipping cost and time were not very good but that's on FedEx, not the seller. We had no communication with the seller so we didn't rate that.
The wrong lamps were shipped and one was damaged. I was able to get it repaired for $50. At the end of the day I love the lamps and the cost even with the additional repair charge was worth it. The shipping was high ($72) but understandable given the size and weight. The seller offered a partial refund but I don't believe I received it.
Beautiful lamp. One of the panels was broken on arrival. Still waiting to see if we can do anything to reflect the damage that will need to be fixed.
