I have received many, and I mean many packages from EBay purchases over the years, and I would like to say THIS packing was the MOST outstanding effort I have every had the pleasure to receive!!! Delivery was to our home late at night in the pouring rain and set out through the night. By morning's light it was discovered, the cardboard box like mush yet the platter was safe in its many layers of bubble wrap and the entire edges were protected by foam noodles! Wonderful! The item was delivered on time and the seller did an excellent job packaging the item so it would be protected. As it is a Christmas present, I was a bit worried that it would arrive in one piece, but I definitely appreciate the seller for going above and beyond with protection. While I didn't have any direct communication with the seller, the entire process went smoothly and I would buy from this seller again.
Whilst I had initial concerns over the item description, the seller made a very generous partial refund, which has left me entirely satisfied.
