I received the item on 5/8/25. When I opened the box, the stereo was upside down, with the turntable lowest in the box.The box was not marked with "This Side Up", nor "Handle with care". It was packaged/ shipped/delivered upside down. Soo...The CD rack will not open. I can hear it trying, but I do not want to force it open. The phonograph arm was not secured in its cradle and shipping bounced it around and the needle skates right across my album. Tuner works as does the tape deck.
