Item was listed as used, but it honestly looked brand new. AlI I had to do was put batteries in it and it instantly worked. USPS tracking shows that the seller printed off the shipping label within a couple hours of me placing the order and shipped it out the next morning, so the item ended up arriving the third day after I ordered, which was 3 days sooner than eBay's estimated day of arrival.
