As with all Bose products they’re an exceptionally great quality. They were as described and brand new unused. The price was extremely good and they look phenomenal. The shipping was unbelievably fast. I received them a few days sooner than predicted. I was very pleased to see that everything was included even though they were open box. Great deal great seller. Packaging could have been a bit more secure in my oooo as it was shipped in a padded envelope which made me nervous as it did get slightly torn in the mail.
