These Bose frames are junk lol I actually like them but I don't like the companies customer service so I refuse to purchase any more Bose products... That's just me they did not do right by me when I was going through all these issues for the first year and a half of owning these glasses The issues never stopped but they never issued a refund or store credit or offered to send me any replacements. I bought these about 6 years ago from Best buy they honored the warranty With the one time exchange. The glasses would not stay connected to my Android phone after calling Bose they stated your phone must be broken after my phone actually did break I purchased another phone and still had the same issue I went back to Best buy they gave me the one exchange and still had issues it would not stay connected from time to time I put them on sometimes I get lucky sometimes I don't after being on the phone for the first two years with bows I got tired and gave up and just use them as regular shades but there are kind of strange looking to be doing that so I'm looking to get rid of them they do power up sometimes they connect for a second sometimes they don't they usually say with the battery level is and then turn off and then The light turns blue like it's pairing and that's it It starts cycling and once it gets stuck in that cycle you've got to turn it off or just take them away from your phone or turn the Bluetooth off however it may work with Apple I just think there's something going on with Android I'm on my third phone now and still can't get them to stay hooked up once they do hook up though they sound awesome Thanks for looking and good luck in your search no reasonable offers refused.
