The earbuds have connection issues, I have figured a way to make it work so I will be keeping them. From what I’ve read, it is a known issue with Bose and based on how much I paid for them, it’s ok. Sound quality is worth the hassle. The earbuds seem almost new and came in original packing. Shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked but it is the winter.
