Item arrived quickly in excellent condition and was packed well although smelled a bit funny. I had contacted the buyer with a question seeking no coil whine before buying the graphics card and they were very responsive. Unfortunately I was getting major coil whine with multiple configurations and tests. When I contacted the seller they were responsive and offered a generous refund that I took. Thank you very much!
