Quick shipping. Good praise. Good communication. Only small issue was that it was listed as a white charging case. This is only partially true. The manufacturer makes two different charging cases, one that is white outside and white inside and one that is white outside and black inside. I had needed a replacement for the white / white and what was shipped was the white / black. This is a small issue, and the unit is still perfectly functional.
I highly recommend this seller!!! When buying used electronic devices like earbuds sometimes they don’t work … it’s happened to me a few times past few years. I notified seller they didn’t work snd they immediately refunded my money. So although the earbuds didn’t work… I still give this seller high marks for being honest and standing behind their products.
The item was exactly as described. It was not brand new but the seller indicated that in their product description. Having said that, it is 'as-new' and performs perfectly. All functions: CD, AM, FM, and Bluetooth. Even a cassette player (which I have no intention of testing.) The product was well packaged and speedily delivered. Thank-you!
