Oh my god I absolutely love my new monitor, its so big and can help me with so much. The shipping was FedEx Ground so I got it in no time. The seller when i requested as a courtesy placed it inna disclosed box, along with the Styrofoam to prevent damage during shipment, so the packaging was a plus. The item was infact as described by the seller without the stand but did come with the power source and HDMI cable. I was able to even register it as well. The value couldnt be beat.❤️
Seller was awesome to work with. The seller shipped the item quickly. When the item was received it was not working properly. Requested a return and the seller immediately processed the return. Upon some research I found that Glorious software is garbage and installed improper firmware on keyboard. I was able to find firmware that fixed the problem and canceled the return. I appreciate the sellers help and understanding.
Shipping took a quite a bit longer than I expected, BUT it was packaged very well and my books arrived in beautiful condition. I appreciated that a signature was required upon delivery. Having such an expensive item coming through the mail is always a little nerve wracking! I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller.
