Bose Round Zipper Headset Case for Travel and Storage

The item was as described but the experience receiving the product was a nightmare! I ordered this on November 27th and received it December 14th with the package ripped open and the ceramic bank I ordered for my granddaughter was broken. I contacted FedEx numerous times because tracking said it was going to be delivered soon. FedEx customer service “ didn’t have the item in their system “ and couldn’t tell me where the item was. I’m not sure what the problem was, but it was a nightmare.

Received sooner than expected. Packaged in Manila envelope which I was concerned it would ruin the shape, but it did not. It was perfect! I had the same hat in 2002 and it's misplaced. This replacement is the same one. Same description. Value was good.

I like this station kit. It will be a nice addition to a diorama I'm building. The box was nicely crushed, as described, but the contents are in fine shape. The transaction was seamless and shipping was quick. Couldn't ask for more. Many thanks!
