I received the item two days after I placed the order and I am pleased with the speed of the shipping. The item was neatly and safely packaged with no chance of it being damaged in transit. The item was exactly as described, brand new and sealed box. I registered the item on the Bose website with no issues. These headphones are a big improvement from my previous Bose headphones, the quality is incredible. I would definitely purchase from this reseller again. Kudos to the reseller ! Great Job !
Seller communicated right away if I had any questions about the item, and was quick on sending over the item. It was exactly what was shown, and the product itself works perfectly. UPS shipped it within a couple days of purchase. However, the packing was a bit ripped when receiving it, but I assume it was damage through the mailing system. The product itself wasn’t damaged. Lastly the price compared to MSRP was great, saved a decent amount compared to what it would typically be.
