We ordered the starter from auparts-lfe because it met our specs and the price was good. It was in impeccable condition. It is so powerful we were surprised! The reason I really want to give auparts-lfe 5 stars is because of their CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was a shipping delay - a whole 20 days. We probably shouldn't have waited so long to inquire. Finally we emailed auparts-lfe. They replied immediately. They re-issued another starter and in 5 days we received it. They stand behind their service!
Packaging was pretty beat up when it was delivered, I received another item in worse condition as far as packaging goes. The part looks fine however maybe use something to protect the part inside the box. Thank you
Communication was great and the product was shipped and received quickly. Installed and it fit perfectly, was exactly as described. If I need parts again in the future, I will check them out.
