I had a problem with the model that had first been sent to me. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied to me. The matter was resolved with a replacement being sent to me so the matter was very quickly rectified.
The seller provided an excellent service and was responsive to the issue that I had. I can only say that I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them highly to anyone else.

Very straight forward purchase, A great example of how to do things properly.
I placed my order late Thursday evening. It was dispatched the next morning and arrived on Monday.
The wood is exactly as described, good quality, good value and was very securely packed.
