GPU arrived as advertised although the phrasing was a bit odd -- it was marked both new and open box -- it turned out to be true. The packaging was definitely open but the GPU looked and smelled completely new. Installed easily, worked like as advertised. Shipping was fast and easy. No issues!
The coffee maker works fabulous. I had an issue with shipping where the water reservoir was broken. I emailed Customer service and I had a new reservoir within four days. Excellent customer service I highly recommend.. thanks y’all
Came in regular shipping box but all parts in original packaging. Charging stands works as described. Waiting for full charge prior to use. Would recommend seller for sure.
